Unfair Means Committee
Description
In order to pursue disciplinary action against a student who engages in misconduct during a College examination, the College authorities organizes the Unfair Means Enquiry Committee. The Committee follows the process and directives provided by the University of Mumbai when it comes to looking into allegations of students abusing their privileges to take exams. After examining the types of malpractices, the committee determines the appropriate action.

Objectives
- To investigate the cases of unfair means during examinations.
- Recommend actions to the Principal regarding unfair cases.
- To be unbiased and maintain honesty and transparency regarding any unfair means cases.
- To maintain overall discipline while dealing with unfair means practices in examinations in the college.
