An examination grievance redressal mechanism is a structured process designed to address and resolve complaints or grievances related to examinations, assessments, or grading within an educational institution. - To take proactive measure to mitigate grievances arising from internal or external assessments
- To inform students about the mechanism for expressing grievances related to assessments
- To providing adequate notice for revaluation and obtaining photocopies of answer scripts and raise any concerns they may have about their evaluation.
- To address each grievance promptly according to University of Mumbai procedures
- To inform students about the status of their grievances and issue of new mark sheet, photocopy of answer scripts, etc wherever necessary.
- To ensure that grievances are addressed in a transparent, time-bound, and efficient manner reinforces the institution's commitment to fairness and accountability.
